First time buying a car was the worst experience ever because of this dealership. We have a little guy and needed a more reliable car, so we saw a deal around the end of the year and decided we would look into it. We were going to drive to ND from SD where we live to try it out, but was told they would have someone come down and exchange the cars with us. Sounded awesome to us.
I got a surprisingly fair trade in amount over the phone and drove from Fargo to work a deal. They didn't take advantage of me knowing I came that far and we closed the deal in a short time and I even got a better deal while there. Sean is a great guy and I recommend him. Not too many dealers are knowledgeable with every type of vehicle brand and options but Sean knew his stuff. THANKS GUYS!
Great guys to work with, friendly atmosphere, light pressure sales
While still talking on the phone, they told us about the extended warranty and didn't include how much it would be and we said it would be awesome.. When they get to us we saw it was for about $3000ish. We had no clue. On the bright side, we called them and they took the warranty off for us. So that was nice of them...
We got the car delivered to us and saw that they exchanged our car for a cool $100 bucks. Granted, the car was pretty old, but $100?? Come on. I could have gotten at least $1500 private party sale. However, that was small cookies and not that big of a deal.
We were very naive and trusting as we had never bought a car from a dealership before.
This place is crooked with their selling techniques and their previous customers will attack you on facebook if you give them a bad rating on there. They did buy the car back but would not reimburse me for my trade in. I left with no car and no transportation from them. This place would be better opening a lemon stand with all the lemons on their lot!
This dealership will lie right to your face and sell you a lemon. Bought a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek with 62,000 miles on it. After inspecting the car there was a noise from the motor that they insured me that they got it inspected by the Subaru dealership and there was nothing to worry about as it was "normal". Turns out after I purchased and traded in that it was in need of a new short block.
We bought it five months ago, and our car grinds when we are making a right turn. We also learned that our pistons are going out which is going to be a huge expense. Needless to say, maybe we should have kept the extended warranty. I will never ever go back to this dealership. They are "all about doing what's right" unless it means that they won't get a sale. Then they will sell you any lemon they can. Thanks Veracity for screwing over a couple who is just starting out and can't afford to have a lemon. Really really appreciate it.
Worst place to get a car from real ghetto they drink and smoke on the job also they sell lemon cars and don't care if they do once you sign you take full responsibility......... there favorite thing to say is you know what you signed for...... don't fall for it I promise you once you give your money up you won't see it again..... they work real hard to get you car but after it's like why are you here
