My family usually get all our vehicles here. The last time we went there we wanted a used pick-up. So my dad chose one and my oldest brother drove it and when pushed on the gas fast. It made a funny noise that it should not do. We we're not sure if we would even make it back to the dealership. We got back and they looked at it and said they could lube it up for us. We told them we did not want that one as it was probably going to break right away. So then we asked a few different questions about the other vehicles we have with them. Then once we left we say them put it right back out to show. For some other person who doesn't notice it to buy it. So we will never go back again and have since a pick-up from a different place.

We brought one of our vehicles here for a tire repair in addition to the other services we had done at the time. A month later we were still having a leak from the tire. We have moved so we had to take it elsewhere. I had to pay to have the repair corrected and the service manager refused to cover the repair. It may only have been $30, but if it had been fixed properly when it was in I wouldn’t have had to go in again.
If we still lived there we would take our vehicles across the river to a different dealer in the future.

Sent email online to see if vehicle was still available. Had a call within 20 minutes about the availability. When I got to the store they had the vehicle ready to test drive. Sales man was very friendly and knowledgeable. Let us test drive for a few hours to see if we really wanted it. Great all around experience.
