Bismarck Motor Company is my go-to place for oil changes and repairs on my Hyundai Tucson! The staff, especially John, is so polite, friendly, and helpful! Whenever I have questions they don't hesitate to go out of their way to find the answer. I love that they always check with me first before making any repairs or adjustments. I've always been skeptical of getting work done at dealerships in fear that they'll overcharge like crazy, but I've had nothing but great experiences at Bismarck Motor Company, thank you!

Bismarck Motor Company, by far, is absolutely amazing! They were quick, convenient, and truly a blessing over the holidays. My vehicle was scheduled for an appointment and the service charge was going to cost me $350 a day before Christmas. Much to my surprise, A representative called me back to confirm my appointment and also told me that they were going to cover the cost to fix my vehicle. I bought my 2007 Honda accord ten years ago and couldn't be more happier with the customer service and skilled technicians they have provided me all these years.
Bismarck Motor Company's Honda shop is the best. Came in at my scheduled time, they got rolling and took care of everything, keeping me in the loop the whole time, and gave Pearl a bath when they were done.
