Review 2/2 (sales review)
They fixed the problems that were overlooked and created with my last appointment. I'm just waiting for a reimbursement from my last bill. It should never have cost me about $330.00, more like $100.00 at the most if you ask me, especially after the 4 1/2 hour wait time and having to call into work and use my PTO time. Glad mistakes were fixed and just waiting to get some money back. I hope this sort of situation doesn't happen again, I was so upset that I was about to stop going there entirely. worked quickly to alleviate problems that occurred with my vehicle and a mistake in the billing for repairs.
From the moment the big door started to lift and we started driving into the service bay we were impressed ~ the punctual service, the sweet shuttle driver, the cashier’s friendliness and then getting my truck back freshly washed...just an awesome experience in great customer service! They completed my oil change and tire rotation in less than an hour, and their service charges are within reason. Puklich sets the bar for Chevy dealerships!
Review 1/2 (Finance Review)
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and recall service. First, this is my second time getting my oil changed at Puklich and neither time did it seem like the receptionist who checked me in liked their job or were at all happy to be there. Second, I was told that my vehicle would be serviced and ready to go within 45 minutes due to my busy schedule that day. I waited for an hour and a half before I went to check on the status of the vehicle. When I got to the service desk, I noticed that my vehicle had been sitting at the service door for some time. I asked if the recall service had been completed and was informed that it was not even pulled into the service department yet. I picked up my keys and paid my bill and left. I have never received such horrendous service time after time after time ANYWHERE much less a car dealership. Not a single service rep or employee apologized for anything or offer to set another appointment to complete the recall service. This performance and lack of service has been a consistent show of how to not conduct business or customer service, especially when a customer walks in the door to spend tens of thousands of dollars at a time at this place. It is really hard to believe that GM lets this kind of poor performance continue at one of their larger dealerships in the area. Had it not been for the courtesy oil changes, I wouldn't have gone back to this dealership. I would absolutely NEVER recommend anyone to do business with this dealership or their service department.
I wish I could give Kevin (the finance guy) a negative star review. He is the biggest jerk I’ve ever come in contact with. I saved up forever to purchase a car and came in with cash and he acted like it was a nuisance... “oh the girls are gonna just love this” with the most rude sarcastic tone. If it weren’t for my 5 star sales experience with Don, I would’ve walked out and taken my hard earned money elsewhere. Kevin is the epitome of chauvinistic ass hole.
Nice guys with good sales. Have to take a few stars off however. I was considering trading my car in, and had given the rep the keys to start it when we were outside so he could start my car. We went back inside after he gave it a once over, but didn't give my keys back. I thought nothing of it as we were having a good conversation about cars (they've got fantastic sales pitches). After about 15 minutes I did ask for my keys back so I could leave, when I saw my car had been moved/driven without my permission. I don't know who moved it or what was done with it. It could have been driven somewhere, moved out of the way, or checked out in their shop. Regardless, driving someone's car without permission seemed pretty sketchy.
Don provided me with the most amazing sales experience I’ve ever had buying a car. He was so calm and patient with me and my needs. I had saved up for a long time to buy a new to me vehicle and was being especially picky with the process. Don was so helpful and patient with me through the entire process. I will definitely go to Don again wherever he is to purchase my next vehicle.
