Good leasing experience. Jeff, the salesman we worked with I as knowledgeable on the leasing process and the vehicles that we looked at. He was able to accommodate ourselves as well as another customer that he was working with. He made us feel like we were taking care of and still a priority, while also attending the other customers and making them feel the same. Overall great experience, Jeff was great to work with and would go again!
I will add another/more later but I just started working with Jeff Ayers to find a vehicle. He was helpful and very good at helping me find and look for different things in the vehicle that I wanted. I am a mechanically non inclined person and he put things into terms I could understand. He has been very helpful throughout this process. I have now determined which vehicle I want after taking numerous test drives and have been getting everything in order to purchase. I was stuck between buying and leasing and he sent both to the numbers department so I could see the difference. He is pretty good at asking questions that help determine what you want and what is a good fit. I ultimately have decided that purchasing is probably best for me after discussing it in length with my spouse. Tim, the manager, came out and introduced himself as well and said if I needed anything or had any questions to let Jeff or him know and so they have been really good at initial customer service. My hope is that as this process continues we become loyal Eide clients that have continued respect for this establishment and their great customer service! My father-in-law worked with the same gentleman and we didn’t even know until after the first night of testing was over. Jeff is a clean cut nice guy who is great at being personable and nice with the customer. We will most likely be going back to him when my husband decides to custom order his dream pickup!
We had the best experience at Eide Chrysler! Mitch was an amazing salesman and guided us to the best vehicle. He didn't pressure us into up selling and he knew exactly what we were looking for. He also showed us how to use all the features in the car! The finance specialist and management were amazing and we will always refer friends and family to Eide Chrysler and especially to work with Mitch.
Truly the only dealership within 800 miles that I will work with. Mitch was my salesman he was non pushy and polite. Cared more about selling the right car then just selling a car. I will be going back to buy another jeep from this company and will be working with Mitch to do so
