Today we visited Paradiso for the first time. We came during a busy time so we waited a while but we didn't mind it was nice to be together. However, the food was priced a little on the high side but we figured there would be large portions and it would be worth it. We were wrong, the burrito was small, dry, and florvorless. The fish tacos and fajitas too were very bland. Our server was a nice gentleman but I do not recommend eating here sadly.
Went to Paradiso with friends on Sunday right when they opened. We were told that it would be a 20 min wait for a table. The place was empty! Our friend were seated but we were not. Many people came in after us and were seated. On multiple occasions I walked back to see what was taking so long. The restaurant was not 1/4 full and not busy. After waiting for 1 hour, I asked why we were having to wait so long. The host was standing there not doing anything, and he told me that they were extremely busy. I asked if I could seat myself and he said there were no available tables. I told him that I had just walked through and our friends were already eating and there were many tables where we could sit. He just stared at me. We waited another 15 min then left hungry to go somewhere else!
No matter which city you go to, Paradiso is a good place with good food to sit down and watch the games. However, I ordered to go from this location. Paid $10 for a queso duo. Both queso were less than half full to start. Mad at myself for not checking before I left. Don't skimp your customers please.
Used to be great service and food. Changed the menu and service is poor. Explains why the restaurant is empty
Literally the worst fajitas I have ever tasted or seen. They were watery and the steak tasted, well, past its "sell by" date. How does this place serve food? Sides felt like they scooped them out of a bowl they had on a heat lamp all day...shredded cheese and lettuce tasted safe. Chips were stale, consistent with my heat lamp theory.
