Three times this summer we ate in their outdoor seating area. The first two times the staff had forgotten we were there so we had to go inside every so often to request service. The first time they did give us a discount for the inconvenience.
I have to give a 2 star review just because the service is constantly horrible. The food is great which is the only thing that keeps me coming back but most times I opt for A&B just because they are more reliable. If you order online expect at least 45minutes to an hour for pick up instead of the 25 minutes suggested on the website. If dining in expect it to take longer than it takes for most dining establishments. If you order for delivery make sure you get it in before they think about closing which seems to be about 45 minutes before they actually close because we've had them decide not to make the food after 2 hours of waiting for our order. Again, great food, horrible service.
We had heard the pizza at Bruno's is good; sadly, we never found out.
We finally walked out.
We have eaten here several times and consider Bruno's has the best pizza in town.
The pizza is delicious. But seriously I have a one hour lunch break. When you get a slice of the day ... you know the special? ... I should not be sitting there for my entire lunch break just waiting to be late to go back to work. This has happened multiple times. Very poorly managed. Done.
Never have eaten here, we were excited to try a new place.
Came in to have lunch with my family. We were not greeted with a friendly welcome. Our server was nice but I don't believe she smiled once. My dad ordered a calzone that was cold and muchy inside. We sent it back and the server replies "what's wrong with it" with an attitude and no concern. We will probably never eat here again.
We had a 10% discount offer for Bruno's from the Larks baseball game. We had our meal and tried to use it to get our discount. They would not take it because our meal included a couple of those two for one beer specials. They said we cannot use more than one promotion at a time. My opinion is that they should have applied the discount to our full priced pizza but not to the beer but apparently that is not an option.
No one seemed to care that we had left.
Even if the food is good, I would not recommend this place due to the incredibly unorganized and poorly staffed establishment.
We waited at the door to be seated: the hostess was staring at a seating chart, over come with confusion, as there were seven tables open. We were finally seated. Servers walked by- none of them took our drink orders or even acknowledged us. We waited for over ten minutes. We felt like we were invisible.
