Good customer service but high prices. I rented a tux there the origial price was about $200 got a 40% coupon so spent around $150. So not bad but high and then I didn't return it exactly the next day and bam $20 late fee like what the hell. I do not recommend renting anything from there!!!!!
Tried to sell us a damaged dress that came right off of the rack in the store...at a sad embarrassing discount! Gave me the up down & said "I hope you keep it local, because that is important to Bismarck! NEVER will go back in for that treatment!! So many other online options!!
I love this store!! I always got my dresses there and I would never have thought of shopping else where, the girls that work there know their stuff and love their jobs and it shows! Make it a fun experience for us shopping. They also carry the best brands and most gorgeous dresses, my date and I always looked 'top knotch'!
My older sister had bought dresses there in the past and were very beautiful and the people were so welcoming and kind. Hope one day I could afford to buy a prom dress there
EVERYTIME I come in here I have a great time. Kinzey and her staff have a great knack for what they do! Always friendly and helpful giving the right advice, and has the store in great shape and cute mirrors and fun decorations all over. Great atmosphere for a mom and daughter to go prom dress shopping!
