My sister and I both shopped for our dresses at the same time a few months ago. Beth helped us both. SHE WAS AWESOME!! The best experience I ever had at a bridal store. Between me and my sister, we have been to at least 10 different stores and this by far was the best. I love how we just went thru books and showed Beth what we liked. She was so fast to help us, but also gave us plenty of time and space to think! I was no uncomfortable at all, she was so nice, so funny and kept the conversation going. Any time I moved on the platform she was right there behind me straightening out the back on my dress. SHE WAS AWESOME. The store was also very clean, stylish, and beautiful. I loved having a bridal suite all to myself unlike a lot of places you're sharing with other girls. Unfortunately I did not buy my dress from this store :( they had a ton of beautiful ones with great prices. I just happened to find my dress elsewhere even though I WISH I COULD HAVE GIVEN MY BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE!! I had to buy my dress quickly, if I had more time, I would have returned to this store to get a dress from Beth. Seriously she was AWESOME! ME AND MY SISTER LOVED HER! The dresses we BEAUTIFUL, I just didn't find "the one" there though like I said I wish I could have given my business to them :'( AWESOME JOB BETH THANK YOU

I had a horrible experience with David's bridal to the point I said "I hate this place" and left. I then started looking up other bridal stores in Bismarck and Bridal-N-More came up. So I decided to go check it out. The staff was so nice!! They actually allow you to shop and look at dresses without hovering over you asking you a million questions or watching you like a hawk (which I prefer, because you feel less pressured) but if you needed any help they were right there to help you!! They have a great selection of dresses and the prices are great too. All the staff was so nice and helpful, even helping me by walking me through the steps I needed to get a bridesmaid dress for a girl out of state. I ended up finding the perfect dresses for my girls there. I really wish I would've found this place sooner!
I had a great experience here although I didn't find my wedding dress here I will be returning for my bridesmaid dresses! The woman who helped me (blonde hair with dark roots) was soooo nice and helpful!! I wish I would've got her name but I highly recommend making an appointment with her! I never once felt pressured to buy anything and she would always give you space with my family to really go over the dresses! I loved that!! However, the lady at the counter, some younger girl was absolutely rude, and horrible customer service, I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with her. Overall great selection of dresses! Highly recommend them especially over big chain stores like Davids Bridal.
I'm in a wedding whom the entire bridal party purchased and rented from this shop; due to living out of state I ordered my dress at a different shop. When I called about alterations I was told they wouldn't touch my dress because it was purchased somewhere else. I could understand if it was a brand they didn't carry or the entire bridal party hadn't purchased and altered with them but they have worked with them extensively.
