Customer service was great until I hesitated on giving my email because I didn't know if mine still worked. That was when the sales worker began to become irritated and stated that it was a yes or no question in a dissatisfied way. He than said in a irritated voice "I hate it when people don't give out their emails... every place has a loyalty program." I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected! I've always love the sales workers at Hot Topic in the past, so my experience today was very disappointing!
