This store is the unicorn of H&M's. It always looks so clean compared to other stores. The staff is always so helpful. I came into this store to use my a gift card that I got for Christmas and the gift cards were down! They called up a manager named Whyatt and he was so helpful he let me know that it was down globally and that he was super sorry for the incovienence and gave me a 10% I collect card for when the registers were back up. I get technology glitches happens! I also got more out of it with that 10% coupon!

Awesome customer service
Was really disappointed with my overall experience. The manager was rude and unhelpful. He could barely answer any of my questions. Would not recommend shopping here when this manager is working. Unsatisfactory job and they should do a better job hiring their management. Customer service should be respectful and understanding of the concerns that customers have. I don't care if you have had a long day working because so have the rest of us. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I am considering no longer shopping here and they will be losing a faithful customer.
