I will always deeply appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and obvious caring. If I lived anywhere near Bismarck, (I live in Georgia) I would absolutely choose Bismarck Animal Clinic for my animals' care.
They were very nice when I first came in, but I strongly disliked that they took my dog out of the room for her shots. I want to see what service I'm paying for, and I want to meet the vet or tech that is examining and giving shots to my animal, I did not like that at all. The estimate I got over the phone for cost was also almost double what they said it would be.
I have been visiting Bismarck Animal Clinic & Hospital with our multiple pets since the summer of 2015 when our beloved veterinarian closed her business to focus on her family. I am so happy to have found a veterinary clinic with doctors and a staff who take our pets' health and welfare as seriously as we do! I always look forward to our appointments because I know the doctors will listen to my concerns and offer the best care available for our furry family members. All of the staff members have been very professional and welcoming at every one of our appointments. I have found our new "furever" veterinary clinic!
The entire experience and care that is received from the whole staff is wonderful. They truly care about our pets and it shows. Our dogs have never hated going to their vet visits

I have to assume my dog actually got her shots, but the whole thing made me uncomfortable.
We were just passing through ND on our way home from vacation and stopped at the clinic because our dog had inhaled an object that was giving him fits of violent sneezing. I was offered two courses of treatment - flushing out his nasal passages to dislodge the object (which would involve anesthesia) or a course of steroids and antihistamines that would give the object a chance to dislodge on its own and allow us to get him home. They actively encouraged me to choose the less aggressive treatment even though it obviously meant less money from a client they knew they would never see again.
