Some of their properties are in good locations, but think deeply before signing a lease with Riverpark/Goldmark. You are almost guaranteed to lose your deposit, and you'll be treated poorly as a tenant.
You will regret signing a lease with Riverpark/Goldmark. I've never heard a good review of the company, and I ignored it. In this case, trust the bad experiences of the masses.

- charged a $300 early termination fee, despite having a person lined up to take over the lease. After I pressed the issue a bit, they admitted that it was "a deterrent against leaving early" and that the money simply "goes to the company" (as opposed to mitigating loss of income).
