They really suck with snow removal. Half of the lincoln apartments are blocked off because of a snow mound. Took 2 weeks to fully clear out handicapped lots and the entrance door. Some residents are lazy....rather leave their kitchen trash at the trash can by the door which has a sign clearly saying not to. Leaves trash bags on their patios/balconies because they are too lazy to walk to the dumpster. Idiots who park their cars close to the entrance doors and don't bother moving them for weeks or months at a time and now they are all snowed covered.
Top tier, period- if your in the game of serving your clients and all making money (ethically)- peace love business
Don't bother with these scumbags. They'll find anything to keep your deposit. Anything. Nothing but a bunch of thieves that think they can enter your apt. anytime. They also love renting out to drug addicts.
Ok aspen is a bunch of crooks. They continually entered our apartment whenever even without notice! We also had a incident of some construction outside of our house. They had something to do with the water tank or something like that. I don't know exact details. Well the construction took 3 days, and they worked into the hours of Midnight to 1 am 9n all the nights. They also turned our water off for those days as well. We'll we didn't get one notice about any of it. Having a pregnant wife at home that needs to use the bathroom alot and couldn't flush the toilet. Due to the contruction. So we called and asked what we should do since we didn't get a notice about the construction, or running water for days. I'm sure there is something against fecal matter in the toilet for days without being flushed for days. They told us "well your renters insurance should take care of that" and hung up the phone. Also was told that the numerous hours of cleaning my wife, roommate, and I thought we did, wasn't even good enough. We were told that numerous petty things like the top of the doors need cleaned, crumbs in the cabnits apparently, and under the stove were not up to par. smh what a joke. The people in the office are incredibly rude and very disrespectful. All they want it your deposit at the end of your lease. Do not rent from Aspen! They will overcharge you, and want to take your entire deposit. The taller dark haired guy was the nicest guy out of the group. The rest are rude and unbelievably crooked.
I have worked with the Broker, Broker Associates, and Agents at Aspen for many years. They are honest, hardworking, and do a great job for their clients and the tenants of their clients. I've read some of the negative posts and you have to remember that Aspen manages these properties. They didn't build most of them and they don't own most of them. So, if you have a complaint about the building construction itself, you are blaming the wrong company. Aspen Property Management manages the units on behalf of their clients and they do an excellent job! They do an excellent job listing and selling commercial, mult-family and industrial property as well.
