Delivered food here multiple times. Nicest motel in bismarck. Compared to other states with high end motels, not so much

I'm in town on business and have been at the Residence Inn for nearly three weeks now. Its amazing!! Everyone is extremely helpful, esp. Josh at the front desk! Beds are super comfy and the cleaning staff does a superb job. The rooms are huge! They really do a great job making you feel at home. I stay at a lot of hotels and this is by far my favorite!
Roomy rooms that are great for families. Good breakfast, great staff.
Things I love about this place:
The pool area is nice. The pool ranges rom 3 feet to 5 feet deep. There is a hot tub.

The Wi-Fi takes a while to authenticate (after it fails just wait and open a browser and try to visit another site and you should get a Marriott page to authenticate again). The free Wi-Fi is about 2 Mb down and 1.5 Mb up.
I really believe that the staff here follow Marriott's model of living by the #GoldenRule. Treating others like we'd like to be treated. Upon check in, we were treated amazing, my daughter was given a gift, and we were upgraded. I have always been loyal to Hilton and have never stayed at a Marriott before, but this trip has changed my mind. The facility was great, the pool was nice, wonderful amenities, and you feel like the staff really care!
