We called ahead of time since we live 1 1/2 hours away and spoke with Larry and he was amazing! When he got there he remembered us and helped us get the perfect mattress for us and was very patient!
I had an overall GREAT experience with Denver Mattress when I first moved to Bismarck. The staff that I worked with were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I bought my king mattress from them and they always have good sales. I will continue to do business with them.
I bought a 600$ mattress here. It went to crap after 2 years. I expected it to last longer then that. We're still sleeping on it, of course our backs hurt, but we don't really have the money to get a new one. I called these guys up, they said to bring it in so they could take a look at it. I told them I don't have a way to do that myself. I had them deliver it in the first place for 60$. They won't pick it up unless I pay another 60$ just take it to their store. Which would mean another 60$ would be squeezed out of me to bring back either the old mattress or a new one. I would be happy to get this resolved but it doesn't seem that way.
Denver mattress was absolutely amazing! I bought my mattress there a few months ago and I have been getting the best nights rest yet! The Richmond is what I have and I love it! Thank you Denver mattress!
The sales staff was knowledgeable. Kyle knew what he was selling and did not push anything out of my price range. He was more than willing to show different sale items and got me great mattress at a great price. In total I saved about $1000 for the same mattress offered at the store next door.
