Not only that, the owner himself, Dustin, and his team member Eric delivered - not just the same day - but THREE HOURS after our purchase! Dustin even took the time to help us download the Bluetooth remote app on our phones and made sure we understood how to use it!
Here's some criticism to help you grow as a person. Stop lying. Stop trying to bully others through personal attacks. Act like a professional for once in your life. Stop deflecting, and hiding behind others, and take some ownership.
Purchased a mattress, frame, and delivery. Shortly (20 minutes) after purchase I called the store and told them I didn't need the frame anymore and I also would no longer require delivery. They told me I would be able to come back to the store and pickup the mattress in about an hour. When I showed up Dustin informed me that I couldn't return the bed frame because "all sales are final". I hadn't even received the product yet. It was still in his delivery truck behind the store. He fed me a line about how once something is taken out of their inventory on the computer, there is no way to put it back in to inventory. He then boasted about how he has been in business for 10 years. Do you know how you gain customers and build a business? You treat your customers well and they will come back. I will never spend another dime in any of your businesses. If I can't trust you enough to buy a mattress from you, I'm sure not going to buy a vehicle from you. Only a scumbag would loose a customer over $100. Don't waste your money here, nothing but problems.
As for my hatred of kids, maybe if they were a bit more controlled during business hours, whenever you decide to show up for work, or not change their diapers on floor models. Do you tell, customers that they may be laying on fecal matter? Do you offer a discount for someone having to lay in human waste? Maybe the health inspector should be paying your business a visit, instead of the restaurant across the street.
In September I purchased a new queen Theodore super pillow top set. There is a old tall that pillow tops are no good. I love mine, I get a great night sleep every night and feeling refreshed each morning. I am excited too add an adjustable base in the near future. Thanks for the great mattress and great customer service!!!!

I love my new Gel Memory foam mattress. Before I got it I was having shoulder, neck, back and even hip pain and could barely move when I get out of bed. Now I have no pain do to not having enough support or pressure into my body. My next purchase will be an adjustable base because I felt the benefits in the store, but need wait a little bit.
Oh and the lovely , all sales are final, no refund policy that every upstanding business has, that would never try to screw you.
tl;dr : Sleazy salesman, horrible/lazy staff, no returns, all sales final.
Edit: In response to the owner, Dustin's immature response to an online review by a customer. I'm not hiding my displeasure of dealing with a bully of a salesman, who seems to want to "settle things out back" like he used to in highschool. Showing that he has not grown up since.
Where do we even start??! LOVE the friendly, knowledgeable, and engaged team at Americas Mattress!! For over a year we have been debating and looking for a mattress. Today we purchased the Serta Motion Perfect III and I can not believe we slept this long without one! Misty, Sheila, and Dustin helped us pick out our perfect mattress! Misty helped us get the best deal and printed exactly what we needed to get all the manufacturers warranties! She even gave our daughter one of those adorable Serta sheep plush!
Best to just shop around at other stores, or even online. At least with Casper I won't have to take a shower after shopping their site.
Overpriced priced merchandise with a used car salesman trying to constantly upsell you on every little detail, along with rude staff that let their children run rampant on the merchandise. I recommend staying off those floor pieces!
