I have only stayed here once so I can only comment on the events that I have attended. The only reason for the lower rating is because of that. They do a good job with prep and customer service. They clear things quickly and the staff is always willing to attend to requests.
The front staff and reservations greeted me openly and with warm smiles. The provided me with appropriate information and knowledge so I could obtain my meeting timely. Bathrooms were clean, very clean and inviting, it was comforting. Everything seemed to be today and organized well done!
Friendly and helpful staff, rooms were generous in size, bathrooms had plush and more than ample bath towels, free parking, restaurant, bar, spa & salon on campus. Noted rooms that faced West got parking ramp lights all night,as room darkening curtains only covered sides of window.
Very comfortable beds, great shower, and cozy rooms. The restaurant was great. Call ahead to confirm the airport shuttle. Loved the welcome reception!
There is a pool and hot tub. The temperature was better the second day. No continental breakfast, fridge, or microwave. Air conditioner could use a thorough cleaning. Adequate space for large events.
