Perfect stay. Room price was lower than expected and they even gave us free drink cards for some slowness. We we're there for New year's Eve and the pool was nice and the bar was friendly. It was a bit packed but what do you expect on New year's.
The staff is Excellent!!! They helped us so much in so many ways, and made us feel so at home. The rooms were great, fresh breakfast was great, the bar area was great, the front desk was great, nice swimming area, and the area that we had the reception was great!!!! Thank You!!!! Thank You!!!!
The staff were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. They helped us get right into our room without delay. The room was spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed a nice night in our king sized bed. The only issue that keeps me from giving a 5 star rating was the temperature in the room. The room was set to 80 degrees with no way of turning on the AC. I don't think the room temp got below 76 all night. This was too warm to be entirety comfortable. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable.
I like going to this hotel since it has the three pools. We have been going here for our Christmas get away for over 20 years. Once it was Comfort Inn we weren't liking the last few years and since they changed hotels. We decided to go back again. It was the cheapest place we could find for still being good. So it depends what you are looking for the pool is great. They no longer do the hot tub open all night which was one thing we always looked forward to. Next I love the free breakfast in the morning, but it was not clean at all. The waffle maker doesn't look like it has been cleaned in months. I told the front desk about it and they said it is cleaned every day. They said they would make sure and get it cleaned but I had got sick (self diagnosed food poisoning) so could not get up and go look even. Then looked at the patio and it was gone and the door look on the patio was broke but still worked. I like this place and we will still go back, so it depends on what you are looking for and ask nice they will give more than you think.
Friendly staff clean place room was very nice and clean be staying again next year.
