My sister in law assured us the rooms had been remodeled. Maybe they were, but there is a great need for some super cleaning.
Room was ok. Had no toilet paper and dirty towels were left on top of the shelf with hangers beneath it. I liked the real shower as opposed to the usual tiny booth that most Motel 6 locations have.
I couldn't get a printed receipt.
The clerk was courteous. It goes down hill from there. I prepaid but didn't check in early.
I didn't get much sleep, thanks to the riff-raff crowded around me.
The floors were dirty. We didn't notice this until late.
It was so bad we had to leave at 2:30 in the morning. First, the door didn’t shut properly if at all. I had to slam it hard 3 times to get it shut and even then it was latched, but not shut to keep out the cold. Secondly, there was a light bulb out. The final straw was the prostitute next door that was loud in every sense of the word. People were going in and out all night. It was a nightmare for us. We absolutely will not be back!
Time to start staying at more upscale hotels, I guess...
Could be a little cleaner.....but not bad at all. The folks working here are really nice, they have a pool! Great restaurants nearby. Wonderful breakfast available right next door! Right off the freeway with many many shopping choices available as well. Great location and you can just can't beat the price! I shopped around
The room smelled like it had recently been smoked in. There was mold growing all over the bathroom floor. The heat/air conditioning unit let in all of the outside air so the room was both far too hot and freezing cold. The bedspreads we're visibly dirty. Not stained. Had fresh crumbs and mustard or body fluids still crusty on them. Both beds were broken. It was a very unpleasant experience. I've stayed before several times but don't intend to stay again.
I asked for a queen or king bed for 2 on main floor. Pretty sure it as a double bed.
The water was either super hot or cold. Very hard to regulate.
