Despite being a walk-in clinic, they don't consider themselves urgent care so we got nailed with a huge bill even though we have Sanford insurance. Maybe this is more a reflection of my frustration with the Sanford insurance company, but it is seems disingenuous that a walk-in clinic bills as an office visit.

Slowest check in rate I've ever experienced, no wonder it takes an hour to see the dr when then receptionist takes half a hour to check one person in. They are friendly at least
Very rude doctors. Doctor didn't have the time of day for me and barely listened to what I was saying. Spent 5 minutes in the room and sent me with a z pack without taking time to actually figure out what was going on.
