GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will definitely use them again.

   Shane Balkowitsch, CEO, RN

Bought a Purebrush from Balkowitsch through amazon. Stopped working after a few weeks. Balkowitsch Customer Service sent a new replacement immediately via FedEx home delivery, no questions asked, no return necessary. Couldn't have asked for better customer service.

Great service. Ordered a specialized piece of medical equipment, received a brand new working product 3 days after my order was placed. No taxes, best price I could find by over $100 and fast shipping. This is a great company and I will be ordering from them in the future.

AVOID AVOID - Unethical and Poor Customer Service. Ordered from this company and cancelled the order on the same day (Mar 25); cancellation was confirmed in writing by CEO. Despite this, product was still mailed 10 days later, and although I received a refund for the product, the company is holding me accountable for over $100 in shipping costs and has repeatedly denied any wrong doing

Balkowitsch Enterprises, Inc.”

The sickest thing of all is that Shane Balkowitsch actually claims to be a registered nurse! Yes, he signs his emails as “Shane Balkowitsch, RN, CEO of Balkowitsch Enterprises”. Someone who is supposed to help care for the sick and the dying is instead ripping them off, taking what’s left of their money in exchange for products any medical professional would laugh at! I truly hope their is a special layer of hell reserved for predators like him, and I think I speak for all his victims when I say he can’t get there fast enough. Here is one of the messages he sent, taunting me after conning ebay into removing a negative feedback:

Beware of Shane Balkowtisch, he is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. He promotes himself on facebook as some kind of famous photographer, but the fact of the matter is he’s a sniveling crook who sells fraudulent medical devices and quack health cures to make money off of gullible, naive people who are suffering. If you look at his online store, or his ebay store (username “balkowitsch”), you can see him selling products like Earthcalm “EMF protectors” (which are actually just USB chargers rebranded to look like medical devices) and Q-Link pendants designed to “promote healthful healing energy” and other such jabberwocky. It scares me to think that in this day and age, the FDA still allows people to get rick selling scam cures to sick people, but it’s true. They even sell a laser comb claiming to regrow lost hair using a non-existent principle called “photo-bio-stimulation”! I cannot make this stuff up!

When I called him out about it, he called me a “troll”, blocked my account, and offered to call me on the phone to “put me in my place”. That doesn’t sound like the behavior of a professional CEO to me, it sounds like the behavior of a snot-nosed teenager with an inferiority complex. I cannot believe this became a multi-million dollar company, but I guess in America, even low-down dirty crooks like him can make a fortune if they manage to go long enough without getting caught. Check out his Facebook page if you want to see him bellyaching about how Yelp is a “rigged game” who gave him 95% 1-star reviews because he refused to sign up for their advertising campaign. People who profit off the sick and the dying by selling them expensive products that don’t work are not fit to live in society. This man is a charlatan and he needs to be put in prison where he belongs.

“Hahahahaha, Negative Removed, you have been flagged by eBay for such behavior, you want to be a big man, give me a call, would love to talk to you and put you in your place, there is a word for you, it is called a “Troll”, jealousy and envy and very ugly words, but they sure do apply to you.  Begone and go back under you bridge.  You know where to find me.   Thank you for your business and interest in our products.

I was never “flagged” but his account is now being investigated for selling scam products. It’s always sad when a health care professional turns to quackery, and I don’t know whether he’s motivated by low self-esteem, paranoia, psychopathic tendencies or just good old profit, but like all health scam operators, his greed will eventually be his undoing. He probably won’t be writing “hahahahahaha” like a little girl when his company is sued out of existence and all his ill-gotten profits end up going toward settlements and lawyer fees. That will be a fitting end to a disgusting company run by a sick little psychopath.
