Mathew was such a superstar for helping us make a piece that would make our fire table work again. It took him only about 15 minutes to piece together 5 different items . We went to Lowe's before we went to Menard's and they just flat out told us there was nothing in the store for what we needed. But Mathew made it work. I love Menard's and will never go anywhere else for our home improvement needs!

Good inventory. Customer service is really hit and miss. Plan to spend plenty of time looking for what you need yourself.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I don't know the name of who was at the till in back this afternoon but she was rude and absolutely made the experience at this store horrible. Spent more than 1500 $ in store you would think they would treat people with kindness and respect. All my shopping will be done at Lowe's from now on. I'm not impressed and I do not recommend this store.
