needed help with and he says "Okay, lead the way." I was confused because I didn't even know where to begin looking so I wandered in the direction I thought I needed to go and when I showed him what I needed he flat out said "We don't have anything like that" Like he knew the entire contents of the store off the top of his head. I left very unhappy and we went to Menard's and got 5 star service there. The employee helped us make a part that would work for what we needed. I will be going to Menard's for all of my future home improvement needs.
It's a Lowes. Not much can be said about it. Had the stuff I needed though in not alot of variety. Minus one. Staff was busy so I didn't get much help but it's busy season so what can you do? Ah well.
Worst customer service I have ever received. We went in looking for an adaptor for our fire table so at first we looked around and tried to figure it out ourselves. We were in a hurry so I decided asking someone for help would be quicker than us trying to figure it out. I went up to a desk and there were 2 employees sitting there doing something on the computer. Neither looked up or acknowledged I was standing there. I stood there for 5 minutes which felt like an eternity because we were in a hurry. I looked at my watch to decide if we had time to do this and the male employee mumbled under his breath "Yeah, I'm not talking to you." Had great help from floor staff! But the self check out lady was unbelievable none friendly and rude... she should be at home! She was definitely not representing "Lowe's" I'm from Southern California and I never had such a Cold and down grating experience ever! I thought that I was going to experience the snow and cold in a month but boy this lady topped that! I will definitely go to the long line at the register to avoid that again.
