So far I had went into this store in high hopes that they had the light I would need to replace in my led fiber optic tree. Just so happened they did. The employees there where so very kind and sweet helping right away with any needs. It was a wonderful experience my first time being in an Ace store. I will continue to come back for all hardware and light needs.
Staff are knowledgeable and so NICE. With out their help my toilet would still be on the fritz. Awesome to get great service and advice on what could be happening! Even when I described it a a do dad!! Love this store!
I can't imagine getting anything done without Kirkwood Ace Hardware. I end up having to visit a hardware store at least once a week. Ace is centrally located with really convenient parking. A person doesn't need a map to navigate the modestly sized store and they usually have any item you can fathom, from powertools to paints to the random widget. The biggest thing for me though is the customer service. Ace staff are always available, friendly, and eager to help.
I went to the store to exchange this product for something else. Not only would they not exchange it because it had been used (how else would you know a nonstick pan does not work), the person in charge who spoke to me was quite rude. I would recommend you take your money and business elsewhere. This place does not deserve your business.
What a great staff. They're courteous and knowledgeable and take the time to help figure out solutions when it's not a simple fix.
I recently bought an 8" Black Cube by Frieling pan from this store for 59.99. It was a piece of garbage. Not at all nonstick. DO NOT BUY this product. You will be better off spending your money on something else.
