This company was used in the building of my house. I called them because a leak was found in one of the sinks. They attempted to bill me for the leak. I recently found out after the fact that their best plumbers left to begin their own company (Platinum Plumbing) Please call them instead. This issue is in small claims court and they still threatened collections. I would avoid using this business on principal alone.
Awesome work they installed our new AC unit 2 years ago and we always call them if we have any issues with our furnace. Fast response time and they do great clean work.
The fixtures from the big box store were not replaced or repaired, only the labor. Titan should have at least honored that. I have the invoice if you need to see that Mr. Heaton. People should know what they are getting.
Mr. Garcia should be the example of what happens when you buy your own fixtures at a big box store.(No Warranty).Also the great plumbers he speaks of were the one's who plumbed his home to start with.
Though these guys have had their high points, we unmasked a serious issue in our attic as a result of their team not finishing the plumbing job in our new house... causing sewer gasses to leak into our attic for years without our knowledge. The only reason that we knew about it was because the insulation contractor found the pipe (had condensation issues in the attic ), and man the insulation was BLACK. They didn't line up any of the faucets in the tubs either, and one toilet is probably 5 inches from the wall. OH! There's more. They also mis-installed the fan exhaust vents too. They attached the vents TO our OSB inside of the attic instead of passing the metal pipe THROUGH the OSB to the outside of the house. That also leaked damp, wet air into our attic thus causing more drywall damage. Yeah, I'm sure they do good work but this is my experience. CHECK THEIR WORK.
