Only issue is the guy who unhooked my unit,did something now I have NO HEAT and it's getting cold but if i call again I'm going to get charged for the fix what ever he did, and yes everything is turned on I checked. So what r my options ???

I will never try them again, at 8:30 am was a np on someoe coming today, at 4:30 pm its they are behind, it be ok if they would of phoned mme, not e phoning them. and she didn't care when I said I wouldn't be using them again.
Scheduled appointment weeks in advance to have first appointment at 8 am for annual warranty pm visit. Called at 8:45 about nobody there yet and told probably getting parts, but I am first on schedule. Called at 9:30 and asked if they can look into what is going on. Was told they would call technician and find out. Never called back. At 10 am, called and asked if they got in touch with tech, was told he had emergency appointment night before and went to finish that job first. OK, I understand, but why nobody knew what he was doing, and I was never informed. Just sitting at my house waiting. I have a job and need to get to work also. Was second time this happened to me. Other time was for a 3 pm appointment. Never showed. I called at 4:30 and was told that they could send someone, but it would be time and a half for the visit. I said I had a 3 pm appointment and was told does not matter. She asked if I wanted to reschedule and asked if I wanted another 3 pm appointment, I said you have to be kidding me, I want morning to avoid the time and a half. Horrible customer service. They never apologized for either of these two missed appointments. Act like they don't need your business which unfortunately, they probably don't, but what happened to the good old customer service. Gone out the window.
I cant say enough good things about Cooling and Heating Unlimited. Very helpful, and friendly. Good problem solvers, great emergency service. I highly recommend them.
