I was in market for a hot tub a little over a year. I wanted to find the one just right for our family. I then met Nate at hot springs. I had a million questions and he stood there answered them all. Then when it was time to decide he gave me a price fair to both of us. Fast forward to setup and install. The guys at hot springs were awesome. Nathan was top notch. I looked at other stores but you get what you pay for. Go see Nate at hotsprings and you won't be disappointed.
I would rate it a 0 if I could!!!! This is one of the most immoral companies I have ever had the displeasure of being associated with. My husband worked for this company and they were extremely unprofessional with nearly all of their handlings. The sales representatives are very poised and will offer their assistance in any way. However, their orders were almost always wrong, with a ton of wrong information about what the customer wanted. So my husband and his ONE other delivery coworker were constantly having to take the heat and fix the sales reps mistakes! And the delivery system is a joke! Two men hauling a 2,000 lb tub up a hill or down a flight of stairs is not only hazardous, but it is just plain rediculous! There are no safety measures taken to keep the delivery boys safe, and if a tub or table is damaged, the blame immediately falls on the delivery guys. The turnover rate averages less than a month for delivery workers there. The management and "leadership" in this company is an atrocity! They dont care about the customers or the employees. Only the money they can make off of them. Our experience with this company was bad from the beginning. I have already told all of my family and friends not to buy from them because of the absence of morals and integrity that this company apparently does not posess. And because of the way my husband's employment ended, (with lies and the "blame game") the management is refusing to give my husband the appropriate paperwork needed for our family to recieve any benifits while he is looking for work. We have 3 kids, and without the necessary papers, we wont be able to afford to give them a Christmas this year. So THANK YOU HOTSPRING SPAS! Thank you for hiring my husband for a dollar more an hour than you actually paid him. Thank you for sending him to Montana overnight and not paying him for the trip. Thank you for firing him for something that was completely out of his control. Thank you for lying to him about the words of a coworker to try to end their friendship. Thanks for refusing to answer the phone when he calls about the paperwork and refusing to call us back. Thanks for leaving our family broke and without any assistance for the holidays for your own selfish gain. If any of you are considering buying a tub from here, or a pool table, and you are reading this, I have one thing to say to you. DON'T!!!!!
I recently worked with Nate to order a few replacement parts. I sent one quick message and within an hour I received a message back from Nate and he was right on top of things. Nate not only found the parts I needed but had a quote and delivery date in no time at all. When you're busy working with someone like Nate who listens and understands is invaluable.
