My whole home has been furnished through Zimmerman's Frniture! Their customer service is top notch. I can never say enough good things about Kelly and the whole Zimmerman's store. They treat their customers with the best respect and always willing to help! We are in then process of finishing our basement so Zimmerman's will receives our business once again that is for sure!! Last fall my husband I were looking for a chair similar to what my Father in-law had sold years ago. I contacted Kelly with info on the type of chair I was looking for and she not only found it for me but also shared several other options. We have not purchased one yet however. We have an elderly dog and decided to wait until she is no longer with us. When we are ready we definitely will be contacting Kelly. Her smile and personal attention really was great. My mother also has purchased from Zimmerman's many times and has also enjoyed Kelly's help and product. Nicole Buckmeier was a phenomenal sales associate who helped us design the perfect living area and dining room set-up! She was an attentive listener who understood the needs of our family. Nicole knows the inventory well, and had no problem finding complementary pieces that are a perfect fit in our home. I have been shopping at Zimmerman's Furniture in Bismarck for about 7 years and it has been a great experience. My go-to-salesperson is Kelly Frank. She is always so helpful and searches till she finds what I want. She knows my taste in furniture and is willing to help me in any way she can. If there has been a problem with a piece of furniture, she will take care of it by fixing the problem or ordering me a new piece to replace the damaged piece. Kelly Frank is a great salesperson and I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for new furniture. Great place to buy furniture.
