Bought a product and they told me it would be ready for pick up the next day. I never received a phone call. I called a few days later and they said that it would be ready in a few days and they would call me. Never received a call again so I called again and they could not give me an estimate of when it would be ready because they were short staffed which would have been fine if they would have called and explained this to me instead of having me call several times. Customer service was so horrible I ended up just returning the item I purchased.
