Not consistent.
Item variety is good. Prices are high comparatively to other similar stores. Staff is rarely friendly or helpful.
I took my computer in to get checked. they could not find what was wrong with it. When I talked to the tech yesterday morning she told me I would not loose any information on my computer. Well I lost my QB file and have to go back in and enter some info in. Also they lost the usb for my mouse. I will not take any electronics in to them every again.
Simply terrible. Do your self a favor and go literally anywhere else, even if it's somewhere that doesn't sell what you're looking for. Because the workers here will make you wish you never wasted your time and walked into that terribly, horrible, miserable place.
Their copy center refused my 600 dollar order because they dont know whats legal and not legal. I used to spend thousands of dollars at this store every six months, not anymore! For your information, its not the DMVs job to make my copies of our registrations for CDL driver books its yours which I pay you for. When we have hundreds of trailers its our job to make sure those copies get in each truck, how do I go about doing that if you wont copy them? Am I supposed to make the DMV make thousands of copies for me? Yeah right good one! Not only will I not copy here anymore but my computer purchases for all our local stores and their thousands of dollars worth of supplies I will purchase elsewhere. All is well anyways because I would have to sit in line to check out for hours as your employees were always on their phones or outside smoking.
