I visited your store on Tuesday October 10th. I had just received my new phone in the mail after my previous phone had been broken. I had no idea how to get my new phone up and running or how to get all my info back and let me tell you... John was FANTASTIC. He answered all my questions knowledgeably, walked me through everything step by step and even managed to retrieve every single lost text message, contact, and over 2 thousand pictures and videos on top of also training a new employee. I was extremely impressed. I left your store feeling relieved and absolutely thrilled. THANK YOU JOHN!!
I have gone to this store for years and will not go back! Went in to have a phone activated (it had been on Verizon before) they told me beings it was an unlocked phone nobody would be able to activate it for me! Nobody they said! Not a very nice guy either!! Notice I didn't say gentleman! Left the store, drove down to Dakota Communications and 10 minutes later I was using my phone! Will never go back to that store! Dakota Communications will be my store now! I called back and talked to the guy and said how come Dakota Communications had no problem activating my phone and he says: "I don't know!" Right. Trying to make me buy another phone Mr. Man? Never going back!
The last thing I wanted to do on my Sunday free from work was go to a Verizon store to get a new phone. I was previously on a prepaid account with an old ass iPhone which I had dropped and the screen was broken. I had flirted with the idea about getting a contract plan before hand but didn’t really feel like going through with it, but now I am glad I did! The service here was awesome!! He didn’t try and upsell me on anything he gave me the facts about the plans, he didn’t try to swindle me out of money. I am very pleased with the service, if I have any trouble or am in need of anything cellphone related I will be returning to this location.
The phone I ordered was ready for me, Kaitlynn (Katie) took care of every single detail of my purchase and setup of my phone, always explaining what she was doing. She was knowledgeable and very personable, making the process very pleasant. Thank you so much!!!
