Awesome company to work with! We needed some help the day we moved into our new home, called Al at Pacific Sound, and within 30 minutes he was at our home helping us to get our TV's setup and 30'ft HDMI cables run through our conduit to the tv's. Dana was there to help the same day and stopped back the next morning with a remote that basically will work from anywhere in our home. Thanks for the service Pacific Sound! I would, and do, highly recommend Pacific Sound.
If you want your car given back to you broke and put back together wrong this is definitely the place to go and they will deny everything! Will never recommend this store to anyone!
Highly overpriced with mediocre serve, at best, charged me $80 to program a remote they sold me and even their techie had a difficult time. They failed to tell me about the charge until my bill came in the mail. Before that, they preformed a very poor surgical performance on a stereo install for my Jeep. Each time they made no offer to resolve the situation other than starring at me like deer caught in the headlights Also, I have found many of their product lines elsewhere for a significantly lower price.
New to area. current home was pre-wired but missing electronics. was referred to Jamie and his staff from several neighbors. Jamie came out with a team of installers and they completed the work just in time for thanksgiving. prices were less than the big box, which i was not expecting. the tech left his cell number in case i had questions, which was a bonus!
