A little stark. Didn't have the item I needed, though I was looking for something rather obscure.
Terrible Service!!! Just taking all your money, don't trust yo those guys! I just needed to make a copies of some papers and that guy charged me 14c per page I read of telling me that I can make on my own for 12c or use their help for 14c. Then he charged me for scan 2$ and said that I can't make for 14c when I could make a regular copy cheaper by myself. Very disappointment on that customer service I ended up paying like 20$ instead of couple bucks for the copyies
If you have custom orders be prepared to do a bit of hand holding to help them work through the order.
