I got my braces here as a teen and really appreciated the service I received. My teeth were very crooked but thanks to them my smile is my best feature. After getting them off my dentist looked at my teeth and said "Yep, that's a Warford smile."
I've been a more challenging adult Invisalign, then traditional braces, and now back to Invisalign patient. Although treatment has taking longer than I hoped, Dr. John has given me the confidence that the wait will be worthwhile. Plus, I haven't had to pay a dime more for the changes and modifications to my treatment plan. Excellent customer service; they are very flexible and understanding with schedule as I live out of town; and I LOVE that this office treats you like a person and not just a patient.
I highly recommend anyone considering orthodontic treatment to visit Dr. John first! Dr. John and his staff are top notch.
The staff really pays attention to patients, when I won an award at school and the staff sent a card to congratulate me. Getting braces could have been really awkward and unpleasant but they made it enjoyable.

half-way through treatment, they wanted us to change payment terms even though 90% was already payed. Very little individualized attention-definitely felt like a profit margin.

It's been 7 years since I got my braces off and I wear my retainers every night. When I stepped on one and broke it they got me in immediately to make a new one. They even added a minor correction at no charge!
