Excellent care and super friendly! "In the chair" time was pleasant and all procedures/plans carefully explained. Great team and great rates!

First and for most on or around the 12 of Sept 2017 I went to bridging the dental gap approximately 8:30am to find out if there was any thing that could be done as far as dental work on my back molar on the left side bottom row and my 6th tooth in on the top row of my teeth I had a filling that had fallen out with half of the tooth. The nerve was exposed and I feared infection I had been running a fever for the past week and had a baby 2 weeks prior I feared that the infection would spread to my baby through my breast milk as I was breast feeding. I went to the counter to speak with the receptionist and was given paper work to fill out she stated I could take it home and fill it out and bring it back at 4pm. At this point I was not a client of this company as of yet. I went home filled out the paper work as I should note I have 5 children at home and my significant other was working and I was desperate and in pain. Needing to get to my appointment . Needless to say I showed up a little late for my appointment as my sitter bailed on me last minute for one of my children. I turned my paper work in and was told by the two receptionist I would have to reschedule my appt for the 28th when I got in right away without being a client I said to them I have 5 children and it's difficult sometimes to get to appointments I am in pain and need help is there any way I can get one sooner. The receptionist tells me I am sorry but your not allowed to bring children here and we are not responsible for taking care of your children. Mind you i am a new patient who has never been to this office be for and I am not a client as of yet. At this point I then told the receptionist I am not asking for you to watch my children I just need an appointment because I am in pain I fear infection and I am breastfeeding so what do I do if I get septic she replied talk to your primary doctor because they can give you antibiotics.i felt as if there was no care here at all at this time. She went on to also tell me that you can't be late for appointments if you miss two of them they won't see you for a year and that day being late counted as one of them. I asked how when I am not even a client yet I am a new patient. She stated I'm sorry there are other dentist you can go to. If this dosent work for you. Mabey it's me but I just felt rushed to get out of there and and I felt brushed off and treated poorly as if my situation didn't matter.i am a new mom with a real issue I am concerned about and felt I wasn't taken seriously. I hope the dentist are a lot more empathetic to new patients then the receptionist needless to say I am going else where for my teeth hoping to have better luck.

Very best dentist and hymnists in the Bismarck, Mandan Area

I call this morning approximately around 8:34am to reschedule my appointment to another dentist appointment I’ve had the following month because something came up. When I called the receptionist to rescheduled she was rude and cutting me off while I was talking saying she has other things to do as if I’m not a paying customer and a patient of the place. I’m am very utterly disappointed that the staff that respresent the place would talk and treat patients the way they do without any recollection of what’s going on or care in the world for the next person. The doctors and hygienist are amazing but the receptionist that’s representing the company is horrible and needs to be replaced ASAP.

Im very appreciate! I'm very scare in my visit but the secretary, nurses and dentist are very awesome and feel very comfort I love it!
