The Doctor is fine but I am so frustrated right now I could scream. I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to get his nurse to send in a form to my employee to verify some information. I have called them multiple times and stopped by their office 3 times only to be told that it is on her desk and she is too busy to do it. This would take less than 5 minutes for her to fax it in. This delay has cost me several thousand dollars in pay!
