I have done business with these guys for 5 years. I have always been treated very well and I've been very pleased with my products. If a product has been wrong or not of good quality they have always replaced it free of charge. If I've needed something by a certain date, they have made sure it is there by that day as well. I would highly recommend!
Website very mobile unfriendly
Don't order shoes. If they don't fit, you can't return them without a stocking fee and return shipping. The quality of work on the decals is terrible. There were folds in the application. They are slow. We didn't receive our socks until after the season was over even though the order was made before the season. I never did receive a shirt I orders.
This business does not back up the products they sell. An organization I am part of ordered jackets from here. My jacket had a faulty zipper. First they tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the zipper, but if I wanted I could order and pay for a new jacket. I said no to that. Then they said they would replace the jacket (actually the jacket manufacturers would replace the jacket) but I had to pay the embroidery fee. Please reconsider before you do business with a company that sells items and does not uphold a standard for quality and customer service.
