Edit: Your claim that I am a scammer is absolutely ridiculous and a good public example of how arrogant you are. My Iphone 7 plus screen was amber in color, the touch screen functionality was limited, and the force touch feature was non-existent. Those are the facts. When I asked why I didn't receive the screen quality I had been mislead into buying you cockily mentioned that you do not use them because they are too expensive and would hurt your profits. I do not want a refund or anything else. I am content by simply not using or supporting your shady business dealings in the town of Bismarck.

It seems you decided to hear only what you wanted as I never said the screens were sub standard. As I explained we carry the highest quality replacement screens available on the market, the only one above our quality are the ones that only Apple has access to, no other repair shop in the country has better screen than the ones we carry. If needed I can post our conversation that was recorded on our security cameras.

Hello Jorge, this is James the owner. I'm sorry your attempt to scam us into getting a free screen repair didn't work today. As you said we did offer to give you a full refund and put your old screen back, based on how you quickly declined that option it was pretty obvious what you were after. If you found my tone to be cocky it was the best I could do while listening to someone that was obviously trying to take advantage of us.
Wonderful follow through on warranting their products, I bought a 6s from them and the battery wasn’t holding a charge very long, they quickly replaced it free of charge. Great service, great store.
To anyone wanting to repair an iphone 7, stop. Get it replaced elsewhere in Bismarck if you want a fully functional screen. I just on (8/2/2017, 2pm) had a conversation with the Epic Tech owner where he verbatim, cockily admitted to supplying substandard faulty iphone screens to customers. Thankfully, I did manage to get offered refund. However, this is the last time I use or support Epic Tech in Bismarck.
