I returned an item at the store in Bismarck ND and they told me they could reorder it for me (my size) so they did and charged me for it, then I received news (only when I waited for a long time and didn't get it )that it was sold out but they also did not credit my account, so I waited and waited for weeks, then I called the store again in Bismarck and the gal I had been working with I was told, she no longer worked there, so I got the number to call and I talked to the main office and they told me they would credit my account in 5 to 7 working days, I still have not GOTTEN MY CREDIT. I received my statement and it had plenty of time to be on there. I am so DISAPPOINTED with Chico's . They get a 0 rating from me . Arlene Nitschke There are plenty of other stores to shop in and if I don't get my credit $29.00 PLUS TAX I will be doing some other advertising for you and not the kind you want, this has been WAY to long.
