Buy all our canned cat food here. I do order from Chewy when I have time to wait for litter or their freeze dried raw food, but overall I am glad to have such a well-stocked pet store close to where I work.
I was following my father in with my mobility assistance dog Lucy ($60k of training) who hasn't been on a lead in 3 years and her being on a lead interferes with her duties. I will confess she paused in the vestibule and sniffed probably because so many people can't even manage to keep their dogs from peeing inside of buildings. Then the greeter told me she had to be on a lead for her to come in. I do understand there is pet in the name of the corporation however my medical device eats the same thing as pets. It might do this location well to educate their greeter on the Americans with Disabilities Act. Regardless I ended up leaving the building and waiting out front thus they lost any opportunity at my discretionary spending.
It's always great to shop here especially with the friendliest staff on duty!
Store employees were incompetent and not willing to assist. My girlfriend and myself were buying hamsters for the first time. We had our hands full of all the accessories, ready to purchase the chosen hamsters, and was told repeatedly to wait until after closing time. Then was rejected to purchase the products and had to put them back on the shelvels ourselves. We will not be returing to this store.
Very helpful. They know who the regulars are. My family and I really enjoy stopping in.
