Friendly and helpful staff!! Also their trainer is amazing!! The grooming service also rocks!! There is nothing bad I would say about this place!! I love you guys and keep up the amazing jobs your doing!! Also out dog Duke love all your staff!!!!
But what I saw today really broke me..
We just went into this store for the first time this last weekend and had excellent customer service! Both associates we talked to were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We went to Petco after being disappointed at Petsmart's variety of dog toys, leashes, and collars. We found what we were looking for at Petco and even found out about their free weekly puppy play time! We'll definitely be back for that and many more dog toys I'm sure :)

We had the BEST SERVICE from Petco in Bismarck when we needed information regarding gifts/prizes for our company picnic. They went ABOVE & BEYOND for us. The "Animal Manager" (her name is Atlanta) was so accommodating and helpful as were other members of their staff. We know a lot of pet owners and will be recommending Petco to all of them! I went to Petco to buy supplies for my piggies before I come home. While I was shopping I saw 3 guinea pigs in a small cage for them
