I'm here right now watching them prepare their hand tossed pizzas with their bare hands, no gloves. I've worked in the food industry and taken food handling courses. That is disgusting. Both workers are side by side, no gloves. An older man and a younger woman.
We got the tour of the place as the worker tried to find a clean table. We got 1 of 2 clean tables/booths even though only 2 tables were in use. A few tables had cups & dishes stacked up and it looked like they had been there for bit. Worker did bring us drinks in a timely manner but no straws. After waiting 10 minutes & never seeing the worker again or any of the tables get cleaned up we walked to the desk & told worker we are leaving. Oh and the bathrooms were a complete disaster with broken door handle, trash all over the floor and no paper towels.
An absolutely disgusting place! We walked out.
Consistently has issues with delivering in a timely manner. 90-120 min when you were originally told 45-60 min. This has happened to us a few times already. We love the food, but are disappointed with their inability to set realistic expectations up front.
This location is in an older building that could really use a remodel. Ask about the specials to get good deals, or look online to find even better deals.
This is a one time experience, but still I'm not planning on going there again.
I placed an online order for carry-out at 5:20. The estimated time was 5:45. When I arrived and paid for the pizza, they said they were just going to start making it and it would take around 10 minutes. I left with my pizza at 6:25. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant for a shorter amount of time. It was very disappointing because I even ordered ahead of time.
There where two separate groups that came in and left because no one would help them. I counted at least five people working and the place was not crowded. One man even asked to talk to the manager. The lady he asked said she was the manager and didn't have time to talk with him.
