went and asked if they could dye my hair for me and was told in these exact words "I can't touch ur hair since u used box dye." asked how come and got cussed out how sad. worst customer service ever. went to master cuts in kirk wood mall and had heather do my hair looks amazing came out fine. mom had her hair done by naomie and was amazing. use mater cuts in kirk wood mall!!!
