This was the third nail place I have tried since moving to Bismarck. I had a shellac manicure done on Friday, it was the most painful cuticle removal process Ive ever had. I ended up bleeding on two diff fingers which are now swollen. By Friday night one of my thumbs started to chip. By Saturday afternoon by other thumb chipped and now it is Sunday night and one of my fingers is starting to peel. All I have done all weekend is take engagement photos and hang out at home, no hard use on my hands. The place looks nice and beautiful but bleeding and pain are not how I want my manicure to go. I will still be on the hunt for a great nail salon but it's definitely not this one.
Very professional staff and very nice people. Very clean. They serve water and wine. I have my nails and toes done here and I am always happy with the service. One nail broke and they didn't charge me as I am a regular client. I thought that was really nice. I highly recommend this nail salon. I have also gotten my eyebrows tweeted here as well as they have a lash bar.
Beautiful salon, but the experience wasn't great. They didn't ask which pedicure package we wanted, the pedicure lasted No longer than 15mins. It was rushed and sloppy. The gel manicure was just as bad, he didn't trim my cuticles and he rushed through the polish. Very unhappy with my experience.
I had my nails dun last week n i asked for square so he puts coffin nails on so within a week over have them broke so i called n asked for redone nails no charge so i go in today n got my ass chewed for not paying it wasnt my fault they messed up so yes they shouldve had no problem replacing them :(
