This place used to be fantastic, good cuts, nice people. However, they have gone WAY down hill. Wait times are extremely too long (even if you make an appointment). Today, was the last straw. I had an appointment and I arrived literally 3 minutes late. The extremely rude lady working the front told me, "since I was more than 5 minutes late, that I would have to wait 30 minutes." I explained that I wasn't more than five minutes and she just stared at me and didn't say a word. Terrible customer service. Such a shame, this place used to be great. Won't be back.

Called earlier in the day to see if they had any available appointments. I was informed that they are booked three days out. They asked me when I could schedule a time to come in. I told the lady that I was headed out on a business trip in a few days, and wouldn't have the time otherwise. She then told me that they black out time in the evenings for walk in appointments, and I could come in later this evening. I just walked in and they were not busy. I was told that they were "booked solid".
Friendly staff and well done but somewhat overpriced for very basic and quick service.
Bet these folks are paid by the hour.
I've had a good experience each time I go. The give a good haircut and wash. I recommend making a reservation as they are typically busy.
I should have known better than coming back to this place. It's been hit or beyond miss on getting a good cut here. After today I've finally had enough. Worst haircut I've ever had.... Ever. Do you guys even check to see if some of these girls KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR?! My 2 year old niece could have done a better job with lawn mower... What a joke.
