Being new to Bismarck, I wanted to meet new people and to join a gym that I would grow to love. Big Muddy accomplished both of those things for me very quickly. The workouts are suitable for all levels of fitness and the environment is so positive! Big Muddy challenges me to be better, physically and mentally. I love this place!

This community is like nothing else. So much support, no matter what. Big Muddy is truly like a family. Oh and yeah... it's a great place to get in some awesome workouts too. So great that when you leave, you're thinking, 'I can't believe I was able to do that!' Give them a serious try and you'll be hooked and wonder why you didn't try it sooner.
What great gym with instructors that really care about good form and having fun. I did a drop in workout and I'll definitely be back!
