Severely understaffed. Doctors was great but scheduling/messaging/trying to get anyone to call me back was a nightmare...
Seriously, the last 3 ENT's I have had in the last 1 1/2 years have left. What is going on? Then I call to see if they have an Otoneurologist on staff like they do in the Fargo office (and they did in this office, but he left) and they act like they have never heard of this kind of doctor. I've been seen here for over 2 years, and I call today to make an appointment, and they tell me I need a referral even though I've been seen there for 2 years and never had to have a referral. The receptionist had no clue what was going on. Maybe time to find a new ENT office, unless they can get their act together.
