Had cataract surgery in 2013 and it couldn't have went any better. Staff was amazing; aftercare was too. The only reason we didn't stay with Dakota Eye Institute is because they didn't accept our insurance company - Davis.
The contact department is wonderful! So understanding and patient.
The care is good but the billing department makes this place nightmare. I finally got it straightened out after I took time off from work, no thanks to Dakota Eye! Won't go back!

I had a very positive experience at the DEI. All the staff members were very courteous and helpful. Dr. Volk made sure I understood all my options, and the treatment he was prescribing for me.
