Six moths ago I would have recommended Tires Plus to anyone, now I will recommend any place other then them. Tires Plus, more like Tires Minus.
Had tires that I had brought in with me to get put on my jeep, I had just had every wheel off to find a squeek coming from the brakes a week earlier. Well... they called me and told me that 8 studs needed to be replaced and 10 lug nuts... I know they were just fine. Went to pick the jeep up and had a $430 bill! + my center cap was missing and busted. Asked what the story was on the center cap, they answered: it was broke when you brought it.... simply not true
Just got off work in the early morning and took my car to get brake work done and not only was greeted warmly but even offered a courtesy ride to and from the shop! Would recommend this place to get quality work done and great customer service!
The first time I went to Tires Plus was about six months ago. The staff was friendly and professional. I was super impressed with their service they performed.
I'M BEYOND DISSATISFIED with the recent services from Tires Plus. Today, I was even denied services because they were too "booked" for the next month because of the "snow storm" and at the moment there is next to little snow on the ground.
I have went there four times after that visit and have spent almost $3,000.
